Set inside the Somewhere Hotel in Vouliagmeni, the Bistro Lutetia serves a delightful menu featuring a selection of Mediterranean and international dishes.

Set just in front of the sea front, this restaurant’s view is simply magnificent. So is the service and the food.

Sardelaki is a seafood “meze” restaurant as the menu offers a great variety of cold and hot appetizers to choose from. Once you and your company are seated, you will be presented with a large tray containing a selection of small entry dishes, such as octopus salad, marinated anchovies, stuffed peppers among other delicious options, which makes it real hard not to pick them all, from personal experience. The restaurant does not accept bookings and because of the popularity of this restaurant and its reasonable prices, during weekends it gets pretty busy. Avoid Sundays!


Leof. Posidonos 20 € € € 

Lambros is one of the oldest restaurants in the area. It was established in 1889 when Vouliagmeni was not yet a residential suburb.

Food quality, service and of course the scenery is untouchable and it remains the number one choice among the Athenian seafood lovers. If you want to enjoy the best fresh fish in Athens, book yourself a table for dinner at sunset hour and enjoy the experience.

Bluefish is a  contemporary seafood restaurant offering delicious fresh fish for the seafood lovers with stunning sea views as a backdrop. The waiters come to your  table to do some professional fish “cleaning” from head to tail, ensuring your experience of seafood dining is excellent.

Another restaurant favored by the locals, Louizidis is a family-run taverna serving Greek traditional food. Here you will experience real Greek food that is prepared using fresh ingredients and a lot of dedication. Great choice for those wanting to discover the famous Mediterranean cuisine.

Xylines Koutales or “Wooden Spoons”, is a restaurant with an emphasis on Greek cuisine. Using fresh and raw ingredients this restaurant promises to cook and serve you 100% fresh delicious Greek “home” food. In addition to their Greek traditional dishes the menu also includes a wide variety of meat and seafood options.

Located in the heart of Vouliagmeni’s center, this “souvlatzidiko”, Greek word for a souvlaki restaurant, is a great safe choice for the souvlaki lovers. The menu also offers more options than just souvlaki, embracing the idea that souvlaki indeed can be a whole meal rather than just a fast food.

This restaurant located inside Vouliagmenis club “omilos”, offers an excellent food menu and breathtaking views. The food portions are large and the prices are reasonable considering the high quality and freshness of the food. Open all year around this establishment is appropriate for both summer and winter days. It’s proximity to the beach is ideal for an after beach late lunch or dinner. Private parking is available at the premises.


Marina Vouliagmenis  € € € 

Located in Vouliagmeni’s dock, Moorings all day cafe, bar and restaurant combines exceptional panoramic views of Vouliagmeni’s natural landscape and the glamorous environment of the moored yachts. Detached from the crowdedness of the city, Moorings offers its guests a feeling of both calmness and relaxation in its elegant premises.

This Japanese sushi restaurant chain can be found in the most “in” destinations in Athens and in Greece such as Mykonos, Kifisia, Spetses, Glyfada and Vouliagmeni.

Food is excellent and prices are very reasonable. As with all the restaurants in Vouliagmeni, the view is a great added bonus to the reasons why you should visit this restaurant.

Taste varieties of handmade appetisers, hot dishes, fresh fish from Greek seas, house specialties that satisfy anyones taste buds. Recommended dishes is the lavraki fish and the linguine with shrimps, but you should also definitely ask what is the catch of the day! Set in front of the beachside enjoy delicious dinner while gazing at beautiful Athenian Riviera views. Highly recommended to visit the venue during the sunset hours, as the setting is magical!


Agiou Panteleimonos 20

Treat yourself to delicious desert after a meal, after all you are on holidays! Locals’ favourite ice-cream and freshly baked waffle, as the name implies, house. With over 30 flavours of ice-cream all made with the finest ingredients, this place is perfect for those with a sweet tooth.

Rumour has it that this is the most “in”  spot in the Southern suburb of Athens. This is an all day cafe/bar as it serves from early morning breakfast and coffees to late night cocktails and nibbles. The establishment is simply decorated but the view is absolutely stunning.
