Founded by two visionary brothers, Yiagos & Theo Agiostratitis, the farm represented their dream of reconnecting people with the origins of their food and celebrating Greece’s authentic flavors. Seeing their beautiful vision flourish today is truly admirable.

Nestled in the serene landscapes of Kalyvia, Attica, the farm has grown into a peaceful haven, dedicated to sustainable agriculture and rich culinary traditions.

Over the years, I have witnessed a growing appreciation for the concept of simple luxury—a return to authenticity, to the wisdom of our forefathers, and a slower, more intentional way of life. The Margi Farm embraced this philosophy long before it became a trend. For over a decade, they have remained dedicated to cultivating real flavors and serving honest culinary experiences that speak to the soul.

Spanning 10 acres, the farm is a vibrant patchwork of organic gardens, olive groves, and vineyards. Traditional, chemical-free farming methods ensure every ingredient retains its purity, honoring both nature and tradition. Children especially love gathering fresh eggs and meeting farm animals, including the charming rescue donkey Billy.
